Despite some minor inconveniences during our stay, Koktem Burabay provided a comfortable and pleasant experience. The location was convenient, the rooms were nicely furnished, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a decent variety, and the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The internet connection, while not perfect, was better than what we had experienced in other hotels. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

I really liked the hotel. bed linen and towels are white, bed is soft and wide. room has bathrobes and slippers, bath accessories, hair dryer, safe. Staff is friendly, breakfast was delicious. I recommend it!

The walls could be better insulated as noise from the hallway could be heard in the rooms.

Room was very clean and tidy with a nice decor, comfortable beddings and towels. the staff were friendly and always happy to help. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of choices to suit every taste. the free Wi-Fi worked seamlessly, which was a plus. We also appreciated the complementary drinks in our room and the free parking.

The noise from the nearby construction was quite loud and sometimes disturbing. the hot water didn't come immediately, we had to wait some minutes before it starts running in the shower.

I recently stayed in a hotel near Borovoe National Museum. The location was extremely convenient - just a short 10-minute walk to the frozen Borovoe Lake. The hotel room was spotless, well-fitted with comfortable furniture, and had beautiful wall paintings which gave the whole place a stylish ambiance. The food was tasty and the staff was quick to take our order. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The only downside to the hotel was the lack of English-speaking staff. We struggled to communicate, which made ordering food and asking for directions difficult at times.
